Waterford, NY, 5-22-11

We are waiting for the Erie Canal Locks to open.  We are at the base of the first lock in Waterford, NY.  They are supposed to provide a schedule for the opening of the locks on Monday.  They have been closed for a while now, due to high water levels from all the rain.
We are reading a lot and looking for other things to occupy our time.
