10-6-10 Oswego, NY

The locks are still closed on the Oswego Canal and the Erie Canal to Lake Oneida west, where we pick it up.  It was a very nice sunny day in Oswego.  I took a walk to one of the parks on the other side of the river.  Jim and Kyle spent some time at the library.  There was a slight drop in flow rate in the river today.
