The water level is still 4 feet above normal on the Oswego River with 4 times the normal flow rate.  The latest estimate is the the locks may open back up on Monday.  I took a long walk up to lock 8, lock 7 and lock 6.  There are dams at locks 7 and 6.  It is a great sunny day in our new hometown of Oswego.
