We had no forward progress today, but enjoyed a cool sunny day in Oswego, NY. The Oswego Locks are still closed. Jim and Dave visited Fort Ontario which is located very close to the harbor. We all enjoyed the Pumpkin Festival in Washington Square. We also did some fine tuning on our mast support system and made some other preparations for entering the locks.
