No forward progress again today.  The Oswego Locks are still closed.  Some of the Locks on the Erie Canal opened today,  so maybe tomorrow will be our day.  It was a cool day with periods of light rain all day.  It was a good day to walk around town, do some reading and some laundry.  Jim spent the day helping someone on a sailboat that was having engine problems.  We are starting to feel like Oswego locals.
