I found a web site that showed that the Oswego River was 4 feet above normal level about 1 mile upstream from us.  It also showed that the flow rate in the river was 4 times the normal flow rate.  Both the Erie and Oswego Canals are still closed.
Jim and I went to a Maritime Museum today.  They had a tug boat that was in the water and operational as part of the Museum.  It was an overcast day today with an occasional light sprinkle.
