It is Tuesday, the day after Labor Day. This is a picture of the crew and the boat all ready for the trip from Winthrop Harbor to the next stop, Muskegan (winds permitting). Today there were wind gusts to 45 knots, so the planing so far is flawless. A good day for preparing to leave. I am keeping my fingers crossed for tomorrow, which is forcast to be a nice WNW 10 to 15 knots breeze for crossing the lake. We plan to leave at 3:00 AM to get to Muskegan by about 5:00 PM.
